Vibrant Communities

Signature Programs

Our signature community affairs program, Full Futures, is a 5-year, $5 million commitment to the school nutrition environment. Launched in 2021, Full Futures builds on our learnings from Campbell’s Healthy Communities, a 10-year initiative to measurably advance the health of young people in Camden, New Jersey and other locations where we have operations.

Full Futures: A school nutrition partnership

Our ten years of work in food access and nutrition during Campbell’s Healthy Communities program uncovered an opportunity to advance the school food environment—from cafeteria equipment, to expanded meal programs, to menu reformulation and more. Schools play a vital role in providing daily nutrition to children, and we believe we can make a meaningful impact on enhancing the school nutrition environment. We are working closely with a broad range of partners, including from public, private and non-profit sectors.

Campbell’s Healthy Communities program

Our 10-year, $10-million program concluded earlier this year. Through Campbell’s Healthy Communities, and our work over the past ten years, we worked to measurably improve the health of young people in our hometowns—with a special focus on Camden—by partnering with nonprofits, schools, health care sites, and food retailers to:

  • Improve access to healthy food
  • Provide nutrition education
  • Promote physical activity
  • Encourage stakeholder engagement

We were proud to lead this initiative and partner with passionate, talented organizations from a range of sectors as we take a Collective Impact approach to making real, lasting change in our communities.
